Key Team Members
The DevCo team is led by the guidance of George Baker. The company’s personnel are a collection of talented individuals with years and varied experience in the real estate industry. These highly skilled individuals are professionally trained and dedicated to the success of the projects.
Founder, George Baker, brings 30+ years of real estate development and financial experience to the DevCo organization. Commencing in the mid 1980’s, Mr. Baker has directly oversee the many aspects of land developments including the purchase of land, site planning, subdivision mapping, and construction of both residential and commercial properties. Mr. Baker has completed large scale construction project properties, leasing, property management, lease-up and brokerage of single family residential, multi-family residential, high-image industrial, office professional and retail commercial buildings. His responsibilities have incorporated the full gamut of real estate financing, land entitlement, build-out and brokerage of residential tract homes, town homes, high end custom homes, apartments, industrial office, retail shopping centers, single purpose retail buildings and uses, and recreational areas.
Mr. Baker’s recipe for success for his award winning and state of the art developments utilize his experience, knowledge and creativity as well as the professionals that make up his team. His superb management skills and ability to initiate, negotiate, and execute major development transactions are the foundations for his excellent reputation in the real estate community.

Betty Paluzzi is a Certified Public Accountant and has been working under George Baker for 25+ year. During that time Ms. Paluzzi has been involved in all things financial in all DevCo projects. She is known for her sharp financial mind and attention to detail.
